A franchise brand team can approve every template and still lose control of the brand. Owners of individual locations post what they need, when they need it, and most of it never passes through HQ. Sonde starts from a different reading: when a location posts something off-brand, it is rarely disobedience. It is demand for something HQ has not provided.

Instead of blocking the owner, it offers to rescue the post: rebuild it on brand, with the owner's consent, in their own words. Repeat drift becomes a signal for which templates HQ should build next. The loop is detect, rescue, learn. An HQ web app for the brand team: the network wall, drift detection and the inspector. An iOS app for the owner: the rescue flow, built to take seconds, not a ticket. A no-login link for the print shop: the final file, verified against the brand, with nothing to sign into. One design system across all three surfaces. Violet marks only where Sonde is looking or acting. Amber means drift. Green means resolved. The scan line is always horizontal.
